Second Session: The practitioner’s perspective on preparing and analysing climate disclosure

Workshop Overview 

This session takes a practical look at best practice climate disclosure, drawing on both the TCFD and ICAPs frameworks. Building on AIGCC’s training module and first masterclass this session will explore: 

• Options for developing a TCFD report that is fit for purpose 
• Current state of play including examples of leading practice 
• Practical steps for preparing your disclosure- including approaching scenario analysis and establishing metrics and targets 
• Features of company TCFD disclosures for investor analysis, what to look out for in your stewardship activities.

Participants will be provided with a workbook that includes all of the slides (including practical examples) presented during the session together with details of further resources and examples. 

**Recommended to undertake AIGCC Climate Change Training module on TCFD or have existing knowledge of TCFD.
